Sheletta Brundidge is an Emmy award winning comedian, columnist, talk show host, radio personality and business woman. Her down-home sister girl demeanor and sassy “tell it like it is” attitude make her a fan favorite wherever she goes.
Before launching the Two Haute Mamas podcast with her good friend Lindy Vincent, Sheletta spent a decade as a talk show host at television stations in Minnesota and Ohio, interviewing big names in entertainment including Gabby Union, Taraji P. Henson, TD Jakes, Sheryl Lee Ralph, and Trombone Shorty.
Her gift of gab makes her a driving force in radio. She’s been the architect of wildly popular morning shows in Louisiana, Ohio, Texas and Minnesota.
Sheletta won an Emmy award for comedy writing and has performed onstage alongside an impressive list of funny folk, including D.L. Hughley who became a fan of her work and invited her on his radio show.
A nationally syndicated columnist for black newspapers across the country, Sheletta uses the platform to raise the roof on social justice issues.
Sheletta and her husband Shawn have four kids, named them in alphabetical order to keep them straight. (Kidding.) (Sort of.) Andrew, Brandon, Cameron and Daniel range in age from 12 to four. The three youngest have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, which has transformed Sheletta into an advocate for special needs children and their parents. Sheletta lives in Minnesota with her family.
